What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex scheduling and detailed travel itineraries for the executive leadership team
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and transcribe meeting minutes
Provide proactive support in executing complex and sensitive projects
Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and vendors
Organize and coordinate events, ensuring all meeting details are handled effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a C-level executive
Proven ability to arrange and schedule complex, multi-site meetings with senior executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities
