Competitive Compensation – Annual base $49,202.40 (45‑hour week, $19.92/hr, plus overtime)
Paid Time Off – 12 days off per year, increasing to 17 days after the 1‑year anniversary

Responsibilities
Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
Build community relationships essential for building your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put our customers first.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or within 1 semester of graduating (degree must be conferred before starting).
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring employer sponsorship.
At least 18 years old.
