What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways or received promotional offers to assist with bookings

Utilize salesmanship and customer service skills to enhance guest experiences and guarantee tour volumes

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers

Work independently and manage time effectively to meet business needs

Participate in training sessions and adapt to post‑training schedules

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Must reside within 50 miles of the employer's location in Orlando, FL
