What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist associates from the Reservations Team with bookings, escalations, and customer service inquiries
Monitor real-time performance to ensure service levels and abandon rates are within guidelines
Provide coaching and training through live monitoring, team trainings, and one-on-ones
Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in determining call center goals
Conduct team meetings and training sessions for new products or processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service
Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to coach and train associates effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven self-starter with initiative and motivation
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
