Inside Sales Representative (f/m/d)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Representative to support our sales growth. If you are detail-oriented, excellent with customers, and enjoy a fast-paced sales environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls/emails to selected potential customers and generate leads
Follow up with inbound inquiries and move opportunities through the pipeline
Create and maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM
Prepare quotes, order confirmations, deliveries and invoices in ERP system
Monitor deliveries in close coordination with Purchasing and Logistics departments
Issue export and shipping documents in compliance with dangerous goods regulations
Assist with customer onboarding and general administrative tasks
Support sales managers in market analysis and business development activities
Your Profile
1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
Knowledge of incoterms and tax regulations
Comfortable with outbound sales outreach
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience using CRM and ERP systems
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Fluent English and basic German language skills
Bonus points for
Italian, Spanish language skills
Industry-related experience
