Registered Nurse (RN) – Contract
Location:
Helotes, TX Compensation:
$38–$40 per hour (1099 contract) Hours:
Monday–Thursday 7am–7pm; PRN Friday–Sunday
About Us Giving Home Health Care is a leading provider of personalized, in‑home care for individuals impacted by health conditions related to nuclear facilities. We serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
Responsibilities
Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care.
Complete compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.
Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
Perform various activities associated with daily living.
Monitor changes in the patient’s condition, including weight changes, self‑care abilities, and indicators of disease progression.
Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the patient’s health.
Work one‑on‑one with patients in the patient’s home to provide a comfortable environment.
Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants.
Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse.
1+ years of experience as an RN in a clinical or home health setting.
Current CPR certification.
Willing to get TB tested.
Maintain required insurance.
Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to patients’ homes.
