Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The BHC completes the behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to their assigned program, documents provided services, coordinates discharges, and coordinates care with the family or other significant others.

Skills / Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health. Master’s Degree is preferred but not required. A Master’s Degree in a related field and/or licensing at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor) is preferred.

1–3 years of full‑time Health Care related work experience providing adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred.

Licensure at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor) is preferred.
