Wildeck , a subsidiary). The Inside Sales Specialist provides superior customer service ensuring the accurate and timely conversion of request for quote to sales order capture. They will work collaboratively with the outside sales team to drive sales and profit. Location: Waukesha, WI Reports to: Sales Manager Position type: Full-time, exempt Responsibilities

Drives OTAC (“on-time, accurate, and complete”) throughout the selling process from RFQ to sales order capture. Works closely with the outside sales team to craft and deliver quotes per the customers’ specifications. Updates customers on quote status, including expiration dates and/or price changes. Encourages the Voice of Customer (VOC) to uncover new product development opportunities. Collaborates with and acts as a liaison between engineering, finance, operations and other key departments and the customer during the sales process. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university Minimum of three years’ experience in sales or customer service, preferably in material handling or related industry Current, valid Driver’s License Experience with workplace tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems An internal passion for helping people and improving processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Places the customer at the center of all activities Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Our Company
