Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to oversee daily clinical operations of Behavioral Health Counseling Services and collaborate with RHC providers to serve our population.
Requirements
Degree in Clinical Social Work, current LCSW license in Texas, and experience in assessments, discharge planning, and trauma‑informed care preferred.
Strong knowledge of regulations, clinical group therapy, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Computer literacy is essential.
Responsibilities
Providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, communicating with families and agencies, and participating in departmental meetings.
