Description What will you do as a Case Manager?
Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history and an open dependency case, coordinating care for high‑need youth in out‑of‑home care and engaging kin and fictive kin adults to increase protective capacities and ultimately provide a stable safe home for the youth served.
Manage crisis, link youth/caregivers to service providers, write court reports, testify in court, and conduct face‑to‑face engagement with youth and families in the community. A large amount of time is spent face‑to‑face with high‑need teenagers; work hours vary based on client need and include an on‑call schedule for after‑hour coverage (nights/weekends).
What does this position offer? Starting Pay Ranges:
CM Tier 1 – $23.56 hourly
CM Tier 2 – $24.76 hourly
CM Tier 3 – $25.72 hourly

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
Valid driver's license and meeting departmental credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards
Pass a drug screening test and extensive background check
