Description The Case Manager works within the Florida Case Management Organization (CMO) to provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history and open dependency cases. Key responsibilities include:

Managing crisis situations and linking youth/caregivers to community service providers.

Writing court reports, testifying in court, and completing face‑to‑face engagement with youth and families.

Spending a large portion of work hours face‑to‑face with high‑need teens and participating in an on‑call schedule for after‑hours coverage (nights/weekends).

Compensation & Benefits

CM Tier 1 – $23.56 hourly

CM Tier 2 – $24.76 hourly

CM Tier 3 – $25.72 hourly

Full‑time benefits including 3 weeks paid time off, 10 paid holidays, health/dental/vision/short‑term & long‑term disability and life insurance options.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Valid driver’s license and compliance with credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards for the department.

Pass a drug screening test; extensive background check required.
