What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in Allergy/Immunology and ENT therapeutic areas to drive product utilization
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups
Collaborate with regional and internal teams to address customer needs proactively
Analyze market dynamics to create strategies that align with brand objectives
Participate in industry-related events to support sales success
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced education or certifications are a plus
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology and/or ENT market
Demonstrated success in complex markets with a consistent record of sales performance
Ability to travel across large geographic territories
Strong ethical standards and compliance adherence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology markets
Advanced degrees or certifications related to the field
Proven ability to exceed sales expectations
Experience working with diverse customer segments
Knowledge of subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty markets
