What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Allergy/Immunology and ENT therapeutic areas to boost product utilization
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals including physicians, advanced practitioners, and nurses
Collaborate with regional colleagues and home office teams to address customer needs proactively
Analyze market dynamics and trends to support brand and corporate objectives
Participate in industry-related congresses, local meetings, and medical conferences to enhance sales success
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology and/or ENT market
Proven track record of success in complex markets across diverse customer segments
Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance in sales practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology markets
Demonstrated competitive spirit and strong sales performance
Passion for science and proactive learning related to disease states and treatment options
Ability to connect work to overarching brand strategies
