Corewell Health Farmington Hills opened on Jan. 19, 1965 as a 200‑bed facility known then as Botsford General Hospital. Today, Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital is a 305‑bed teaching facility with Level II trauma status. Scope of Work
Under minimal direction, the Registered Respiratory Therapist implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiopulmonary and related disorders; participates in the education of patients, students, staff and physicians; provides technical support for all equipment related to the practice of Respiratory Care; assists with general department functions. Qualifications
Required Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Respiratory Therapist License – State of Michigan (required upon hire) Respiratory Therapist Registry – NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care (required upon hire) Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA American Heart Association or American Red Cross (required upon hire) How Corewell Health Cares for You
