Responsibilities
Provide care for MedSurg patients at a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio Care for a 26-bed unit specializing in post-PCI, pacemakers, AICDs, post-MI care, and related cardiac pharmacology Cardiac monitoring and emergency response: interpret and manage dysrhythmias; participate in Rapid Response/Code teams IV therapy and phlebotomy: peripheral line care and management Respiratory support: nasal cannula, oxygen masks, portable oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management Professional topics and skills: isolation precautions Experience requirement: 1 year Proficiency with EPIC
