The Hotel Hershey is a luxury resort featuring 326 guest rooms, 19 villas, and over 25,000 square feet of meeting space. This position oversees the organized, efficient operation of the Front Office and Front Services.

Job Responsibilities
Interview, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate front desk attendants, PBX operators, night auditors, bell persons, doorpersons, and chauffeurs.*
Supervise and support staff in verifying guest account accuracy, arrival and check‑out processes, organizing transportation, answering phones, running reports, performing accounting functions, and other front office duties.*
Communicate with guests to address billing questions or other inquiries, ensuring resolutions meet guest needs and deliver service excellence.*
Manage reservations by blocking rooms and changing reservation details to maximize occupancy and revenue.*
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
18 years of age or older.
2 years of Front Office experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Completion of high school or GED.
Post‑employment RAMP certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven employee/guest relations, problem‑solving, and organization skills.
Ability to work in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
