Seeking a dedicated and student‑centered ESL Teacher to support multilingual learners in grades 4–12. This is a great opportunity for an educator who is passionate about language development, culturally responsive teaching, and helping students succeed academically and socially.
Position Overview The ESL Teacher will design and deliver targeted instruction aligned with students’ language proficiency levels and state standards. You’ll collaborate with campus staff, support LPAC compliance, and play a key role in fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement ESL instruction tailored to individual student needs
Integrate language objectives into daily content‑area lessons
Use TELPAS and other assessment data to guide instruction
Support students’ academic, cultural, and social development
Maintain accurate documentation and meet LPAC/state requirements
Communicate effectively with families and participate in professional development
Role Details
Grade Levels: 4–12
Caseload: Finalized during interview with Christine
Classroom Support: Not typically needed
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract Dates: ASAP through May
Interview Format: Virtual interview
Certification Requirement: ESL EC–12
Timekeeping System: MTC
Work Setting: On‑campus (not hybrid)
