Job Responsibilities
Oversee all culinary functions for a dining account
Manage and lead a team of associates
Oversee safety and sanitation for the account
Manage costs, plan and create menus, purchase and manage inventory
Roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary team
Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of culinary management experience
High volume production and catering experience
Experience managing cost controls
Desire to learn and grow with a top service company
