About the Club Manager Role As Club Manager, you oversee all club operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience, drive member engagement, and lead the team to meet club priorities and KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute hiring practices and onboard new team members.

Create staff schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered; provide backup support as needed.

Administer and process employee timecards in ADP.

Manage the company card for expenditures; maintain receipts.

Conduct bank deposits.

Oversee ordering of club supplies and retail products.

Trend KPIs, identify root causes, and execute improvement plans.

Ensure team is aware of marketing efforts and trained on all promotions.

Assess and assist in emergency situations.

Set assigned tasks and lead team members safely and efficiently.

Model outstanding member experience behaviors; coach and inspire others.

Manage team performance; provide regular feedback.

Resolve employee concerns; partner with HR as needed.

Submit all employee changes (status, schedule, pay, etc.) in a timely manner.

Greet members/guests; assist with inquiries and concerns.

Promote the Judgement Free Zone; support members on their fitness journey.

Resolve escalated member concerns; partner with Regional Manager as needed.

Answer phones and assist callers.

Perform membership functions: sign‑ups, billing updates, cancellations, collection, transfers.

Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.

Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.

Oversee regular cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.

Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free.

Perform comprehensive walk‑throughs and address safety/policy and cleanliness issues.

Pertain maintenance and facility concerns to Facilities Maintenance team.

Assign and follow up on cleaning and sanitizing tasks for team members.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.

2–3 years of supervising and leading a team.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).

Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

Continual standing and moving throughout the club.

Continual communicating in person or on the phone.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

May encounter toxic chemicals.

Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.

Requires bending, twisting, weight lifting during tasks.
