Education Coach – Alpha School
Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $60.00/hr.
Location: On‑site role in San Francisco, Miami, or Santa Barbara. Relocation assistance available if needed.

What You Will Be Doing
Engage directly with students each day to inspire and mentor—no traditional lectures, only high‑impact peer‑style coaching.
Leverage adaptive technology and AI‑driven platforms to support individualized learning progression.
Facilitate small‑group sessions that emphasize leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real‑world achievement.
Partner with students to identify their unique strengths and broaden their aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps.
Provide feedback, data, and innovative ideas to continuously refine Alpha's educational approach.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
Proven history of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.).
3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required.
Ability to work on‑site in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA.
Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position, immediately available. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
