About Our Company Nicole Fisher Interiors, formally BNR Interiors, is a full-service interior design studio known for layered, bespoke interiors with a point of view. Based in the Hudson Valley with an expanding presence in New York City, NFID works on high-end residential projects across the Northeast and beyond.
Our work is rooted in strong concepts, intelligent planning, and obsessive execution. We don’t design rooms — we design environments. Every project is approached holistically, from the first drawing to the final installation, with a relentless focus on quality, detail, and outcome.
NFID is in a significant growth phase. We are expanding our team, refining our systems, and building a firm designed to scale without losing taste, rigor, or soul. New projects, new markets, and new opportunities are actively unfolding, and the people who join now will help shape what NFID becomes next.
Our Culture Values
High standards and personal accountability
Clear ownership and follow-through
Smart systems that support great creative work
Direct communication and mutual respect
Curiosity, taste, and a desire to get better
This is not a place to hide or coast. It is a place to grow quickly, take real responsibility, and work alongside a team that cares deeply about what we put into the world.
We believe great design requires strong execution. That means trusting talented people, giving them real authority, and expecting them to use good judgment. Team members at NFID are encouraged to think critically, push themselves to be an expert, and become the best versions of themselves beyond their job title.
If you’re excited by complex projects, beautiful work, and being part of a studio with a clear vision and a big future — NFID is the kind of place where your work will matter.
Welcome to our world.
