Senior Associate, Brand Governance A strategic role at

responsible for ensuring brand compliance across clients and markets.

Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance content reviews in compliance with U.S. and global brand and professional standards in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

Apply complex brand governance guidance and escalation criteria to requests, escalating content to national review groups when necessary.

Support training and communications efforts, collecting input and requirements on process enhancements including tool, policy, and documentation.

Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and frameworks to drive continuous improvement, enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert for U.S. Brand Governance standards with a customer service focus.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent experience in marketing, compliance, legal or a related role within a professional services firm or similar environment.

Bachelor's degree in business, law or related field.

Experience conducting compliance reviews and the ability to handle competing priorities under tight timelines.

Strong organizational, analytical, research, customer‑service and communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships within the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and diplomatically pushing back when needed.

Effective decision‑making based on complex, high‑level details or unclear information, coping with uncertainty and managing risk.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship (KPMG does not sponsor visa status for this opportunity).

Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year, with two additional breaks each year that do not require personal time off.
