Position Overview The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new leads and attracting clients by arranging meetings with prospects, conducting research and analyzing business opportunities. You will lead the sales efforts for our organization through impactful campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Zoom, and Seamless AI along with cold calling/emailing. This position requires you to work outside of the box with creative sales pitches and marketing campaigns to drive new leads.
Job duties
Generate new leads and identify prospects via cold calling/emailing, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking events, & tradeshows
Engage with leads virtually or in-person to understand their needs and demonstrate our products and services.
Conduct product and services demonstrations as needed by creating elaborate presentations/sales pitches.
Focus on outbound sales to fill the sales pipeline with new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Manage final contract negotiations, ensuring agreements are executed and compliant, and oversee the client journey.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Business Admin or any related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
3+ Years of Partnership sales experience within the financial services, SaaS or related industry required
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
Able to network and build valuable long‑standing relationships
MUST have a proven track record of successful sales and client management
