Summary
Texas Tissue Converting is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the operations team and collaborate across multiple departments. This role is responsible for maintaining, tracking, and analyzing inventory, raw material consumption, BOMs, material and product costs, and waste. The analyst will manage purchase orders, monitor supplier deliveries, and ensure timely material availability to meet production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Record and update container arrivals, inbound shipments, and raw material receipts in ERP systems.
Manage and monitor purchase orders for raw materials and packaging supplies.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules and sales forecasts.
Track supplier ETAs and maintain communication to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze costs, expenditures, and inventory accuracy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual material and inventory reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
3+ years of inventory, purchasing, and costing experience in manufacturing.
Advanced ERP systems experience (Required).
Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
