Fort Valley Health and Rehab in Fort Valley, GA is looking to hire a part‑time/PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to seniors in a dynamic clinical environment. Pay Range
$35.00/hr – $41.00/hr (based on skills and experience) Benefits

This part‑time/PRN position works every other weekend. Responsibilities
Provide total care for residents, monitoring condition and needs. Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments. Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed. Monitor for side effects and report any changes in condition. Oversee the nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff, ensuring care plans are followed. Complete documentation, admissions, and discharges. Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect encountered while caring for residents. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. Qualifications
RN licensure with the Georgia Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations. Desire to work with the elderly.
