Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN
Location: Haviland Care Center, Haviland, Kansas.
Pay & Benefits Base pay range:
$31.00/hr – $34.10/hr
(competitive salary).

Responsibilities
Provide total nursing care for residents, monitoring condition and needs.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring narcotic policies, monitoring side effects, reporting changes.
Oversee nursing assistant (NAR) staff to ensure adherence to care plans.
Complete accurate documentation, admissions, and discharges.
Document and report bruises, skin tears, or neglect; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
RN licensure with KS Board of Nursing.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Desire to work with elderly (experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred).
Dependable, professional, and team player.
Schedule Full‑time; 12‑hour shifts.
