Registered Nurse (RN)
– Mission Health: Wilson Care and Rehabilitation, Wilson, KS
Position Overview Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts with a 3‑day weekend every other weekend. No more than 3 consecutive work days and 7 days off in each 14‑day period. Average 2 hours of overtime per week.
Pay Range Base pay: $35.00 – $38.50 per hour. Salary will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
Provide total nursing care to residents, monitoring condition and needs.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed and monitor for side effects.
Report changes in residents’ conditions and adverse events such as bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
Maintain accurate documentation, including admissions and discharges.
Oversee nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff and ensure care plans are executed.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements and facility policies.
Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
RN licensure with the Kansas Board of Nursing.
Current CPR certification.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Desire to work with the elderly.
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
Trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and a team player.
Strong communication and rapport‑building skills.
