A full‑time Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support elementary and preschool SLPs in Fredericksburg, VA. Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed speech‑language pathologists with delivering therapy services to elementary and preschool students
Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision
Monitor and document student progress
Collaborate with teachers and supporting staff to enhance communication outcomes
Maintain compliance with established protocols and confidentiality guidelines
Desired Qualifications
Certification as a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or eligibility to practice under supervision
Experience working with elementary or preschool‑aged children preferred
