Job Summary Perform cardiovascular imaging and diagnostics at MO‑SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Cardiac Sonography Department. The position requires completion of a Cardiac Sonography program and certification by ARDMS or CCI. Location: MO‑SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – St.

Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 paid on first paycheck
Base pay starting at $32.48 per hour; daily pay available
Shift differentials for night, weekend, and additional shifts
Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic cardiac procedures in accordance with accepted protocols; handle adult or pediatric echosonography
Monitor patient comfort and safety during tests, alerting physicians to abnormalities or changes in patient responses
Frequent reaching, gripping, and keyboard use/data entry
Maintain adequate supplies and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards
Promptly submit high‑quality images and documentation to PACS (correct lead markers and patient data/history)
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, and film storage area
No prior experience required
Required Certification & Training
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) – American Heart Association (AHA)
Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) – Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) – Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Adult Echocardiography (AE) Specialty – American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) Specialty – American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
