We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary therapy clinic. The Pediatric PT will evaluate and treat infants, toddlers, and children with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and genetic conditions. This role emphasizes family-centered care, functional mobility, and play-based, evidence-informed interventions.
This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and is passionate about supporting developmental progress in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services to address:
Gross motor development Strength, balance, and coordination Functional mobility and transitions Postural control and alignment Gait training and mobility device use
Utilize play-based and child-led therapy approaches to engage children and promote participation Monitor progress toward goals and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with caregivers to provide education, home programs, and carryover strategies Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team (OT, SLP, etc.) to support holistic development Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, state, and insurance requirements Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities Uphold ethical, professional, and legal standards of pediatric practice Current Physical Therapy license in Nevada Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program CPR Certification Experience or strong interest in pediatric physical therapy Knowledge of developmental milestones and pediatric motor patterns Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team New graduates encouraged to apply (mentorship available)
