BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

USA South - Cosmetic Actives

We are looking for a self-driven team player who is passionate about relationship management and business development. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales USA, you will spearhead customer sales and business development in the dynamic cosmetics field and its related industries across strategic territories. Based in Texas, ideally in or around Dallas you are given the freedom to operate independently, responsible for the southern territory and clients, leveraging the expertise and resources of dedicated teams in both the US and our Swiss headquarters to drive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary customer contact for RAHN-Cosmetic Actives, driving business growth and enhancing brand recognition.

Inspire clients with innovative solutions and lead product development projects from ideation to realization.

Represent RAHN-Cosmetic Actives at key trade shows and professional events within the cosmetics industry in your territory.

Drive sales activities, conduct regular customer visits, and deliver product presentations to enhance commercial and technical efficiency in managing RAHN's business with customers.

Develop and maintain key industry contacts to strengthen business relationships.

Cultivate new customer relationships, initiate projects, and hunt new business opportunities within the Cosmetics industry.

Your Profile

Scientific background with expertise in personal care raw materials and active ingredients.

Passionate about active ingredients, with a minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role within specialty ingredient companies in the Personal Care/Cosmetics fields.

Demonstrated success in new business development and account management within the Cosmetics industry.

Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented approach.

Self-awareness and a growth mindset, coupled with tenacity and self-reliance.

Creative and out of-the-box thinker, yet able to prioritize effectively.

High flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Proactive, outgoing, self-confident, and customer-oriented team player.

Must reside in the greater Dallas, Texas metropolitan area to facilitate client visits.
