Construction Contract Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Construction Contract Administrator. In this role, you will assist the Head of Compliance with managing contracts, insurance, and other compliance-related duties within the construction industry. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with insurance applications, renewals, and policy reviews
Request Certificates of Insurance and coordinate contract signatures
Manage and track licenses (CSLB and City/County Business Licenses)
Coordinate and manage awarded contracts, subcontracts, and negotiations
Apply attorney markups and communicate contract requirements
Process bonds (Payment & Performance, Miscellaneous) and enroll in programs
Prepare RFP/Bid packages and coordinate prequalification requirements
Provide notary services and other administrative support as needed

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
