Electrical Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
Schedule Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3‑4 day schedule.
B – Night Shift: 5:00 pm – 5:00 am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
D – Night Shift: 5:00 pm – 5:00 am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)
What You’ll Do
Installing, upgrading, modifying, and working on various types of electrical systems, including three‑phase power distribution, 480V three‑phase motors with variable frequency drive configurations, AC/DC drives/motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
Provide preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems
Perform repair or replacement of faulty electrical elements of equipment, including motors, relays, and switches
Identify when an external contractor/vendor is needed, and work in collaboration with the contractor/vendor to complete work
Model, implement, and comply with electrical safety rules and related industry regulations
Comply with NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and other industry regulations.
What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications
Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
Ability to work with measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, etc.
Solid technical/mechanical aptitude.
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
3‑5 years electrical maintenance experience.
Work schedule flexibility includes 12‑hour shifts and some weekends with possibility of an on‑call status.
Previous manufacturing experience.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: Wages ranging from $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
