The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule

D‑Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)

What You’ll Do

Operate a forklift

Retrieve boxed resins and deliver to extrusion line

Scan all materials to the appropriate extrusion line

Weigh and return boxed resin to inventory locations

Keep resin bins full

Communicate all resin/packaging needs and maintain stock inventory in plant

Keep inventory areas clean and organized

Unload and put away all raw material deliveries

Take trash and cardboard waste to appropriate compactor

Stretch‑wrap and label all Finished Goods

Assist operators in packaging and banding pallets

Label scrap and keep scrap area clean and organized

Inspect finished good packaging

Load finished goods into transfer trailer

Breakdown and organize empty Gaylord containers

Comply with all safety policies and procedures

Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operation Procedures

What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications

Forklift experience required

Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools

Strong communication skills and positive attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment

Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

2‑5 years of plastic extrusion experience

Basic computer knowledge

Previous manufacturing experience

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary

Wages ranging from $17.50 per hour, dependent on experience.

Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
