What you’ll be doing:
Hunt, prospect, and generate new business
— no inbound-heavy, lead‑fed sales here
Build, manage, and grow your
own book of business
Sell into
HR decision‑makers , people managers, compensation & benefits teams, property managers, and procurement stakeholders
Navigate
complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
Proven ability to
build pipeline, prospect, and close
independently
Strong work ethic with a genuine love for the
hunt
Comfortable selling to
multiple decision‑makers
Experience selling
benefits, HR solutions, HVAC, health insurance software , or directly competing solutions is a big plus — but not required.
