Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Learning Systems Operations Specialist to join our amazing culture. This is a newly created role designed to support our growth and evolving learning ecosystem. As a Learning Systems Operations Specialist, you'll play a key part in keeping our learning systems running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for colleagues across the organization.

What You'll Do with "Our Training and Your Experience"
Serve as the primary point of contact for learning system support inquiries, managing tickets and shared inbox requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues related to access, enrollments, completions, permissions, and content behavior.
Execute LMS operational tasks, including user management, course uploads, assignments, and reporting.
Run and maintain standard LMS reports; ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support system transitions, upgrades, and migrations through testing and issue resolution.
Create and maintain job aids, FAQs, SOPs, and self-service resources.
Partner closely with the LMS Administrator to stabilize daily operations and improve workflows.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Compliance, and Talent Development partners as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards when handling employee and compliance-related information.
What You'll Need
Hands‑on experience in systems support, LMS support, HR systems support, or Help Desk‑style role.
Hands‑on experience supporting a Learning Management System (e.g., Percipio, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, data validation).
Experience creating clear written documentation such as SOPs, job aids, or FAQs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements
Education: College degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years' experience supporting LMS or HR systems
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments
Vendor coordination experience
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with learning content standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
Experience supporting compliance or mandatory training programs.
Exposure to regulated or audited environments.
Experience working with global or distributed teams.

Estimated Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is between $75K-$90K annual salary with eligibility for an annual bonus, depending on experience.
