Your Opportunity Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
Draw up the master schedule to establish the sequence and lead time of each operation
Translate orders into a sequential work schedule
Plan and schedule workflow for press and operations
Confer with production and order entry staff to determine order status
Work closely with Sales and Client Care to meet customer delivery requirements
Expedite orders as needed to meet unforeseen conditions
Assess schedule performance and advise the team on status and preventive or corrective actions
Prepare reports as needed
Your Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00Pm
You Must Have
Ability to work with mathematical concepts
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to work with multiple systems and create tools using Excel or Access
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of materials through production schedules
May coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering
We Would Also Prefer
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 2 to 5 years of experience in the field or a related area
