We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Natomas. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations by ensuring accurate data entry, efficient order processing, and smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and process customer orders promptly Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation Prepare and mail small replacement parts as needed Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks during slower periods Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
