What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define and execute compliance program strategy across hardware, product, and marketplace domains
Lead enterprise-wide, multi-year compliance programs spanning multiple organizations and products
Design scalable compliance frameworks and operating models that integrate into product development
Shape regulatory relationships and serve as the primary interface with external regulators and stakeholders
Drive organizational compliance maturity and influence product and business strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in strategic program leadership within regulatory, compliance, or risk domains
Proven success as an individual contributor leading complex, cross-functional programs
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on product and operations
Excellent program management skills including planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree (MBA, JD, MS in Engineering, or related field) or equivalent strategic leadership experience
Experience in high-growth technology companies navigating rapid scaling and regulatory expansion
Direct experience representing a company in regulatory proceedings or policy discussions
Background in both startup/high-growth environments and larger, matrixed organizations
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, PMP) demonstrating commitment to professional excellence
