What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Perform data analysis and exploration, creating data visualizations while ensuring data integrity and accessibility

Partner with data consumers and producers to drive better business outcomes through data-driven recommendations

Translate business data requirements into metrics and dashboards for insights

Analyze complex business problems using data from various sources to provide insights to decision-makers

Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for data solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

4+ years of experience working in an analytics function and collaborating with business stakeholders

2+ years of experience building data visualizations with modern reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more databases

Ability to perform in-depth data analysis and communicate insights effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the payments and technology industry

Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices

Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques or machine learning concepts

Previous experience in a corporate payments or financial services environment

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
