Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Staff Augmentation

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter – Staff Augmentation to support high-volume and niche technical hiring for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and project‑based roles. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing expertise, understands U.S. staffing dynamics, and can work closely with sales and delivery teams to meet aggressive client timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for staff augmentation requirements across multiple clients
- Source and screen candidates for contract, C2C, W2, and C2H roles
- Work closely with sales/account managers to understand client requirements, rate cards, and timelines
- Develop talent pipelines for in‑demand skills (Software, Cloud, Data, ERP, Infrastructure, etc.)
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, ATS, and Boolean searches to identify candidates
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings to assess skill fit, availability, and rate expectations
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer/engagement closures
- Handle candidate documentation, compliance checks, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and quick turnaround times
- Meet weekly/monthly hiring and submittal targets
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation
- Strong experience hiring for U.S. contract roles
- Hands‑on knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H hiring models
- Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed), and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of U.S. work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.)
- Exposure to Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
- Prior agency staffing experience
- Ability to recruit for niche and high-demand skill sets quickly
