Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, owner of Annabelle, Rasika, Modena, La Bise, The Bombay Club and Rosedale is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team.

We are seeking a talented, experienced and passionate Pastry Chef for one of our award winning restaurants. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in pastry culinary arts. Candidate must have minimum of  four years experience in a fine dining restaurant.

  • Creating and testing recipes :  Develop seasonal desserts tailored to the restaurant's concept incoordination with their menu.  Strong knowledge of current food trends with a focus on using seasonal ingredients
  • Creating desserts :  Using tools to make elaborate desserts for  production, food cost controls, menu development and presentation
  • Baking :  Baking bread and other baked goods
  • Hiring, training, and supervising :   Managing lower-level pastry chefs and restaurant kitchen staff at the locations to execute the recipes to your vision
  • Ordering supplies :   Ensuring the kitchen has the necessary ingredients and supplies to execute their creations
  • Maintaining equipment :   Keeping kitchen equipment in good working order
