Duties
Manage child enrollment, attendance, and compliance records Be the go-to liaison for parents and staff communication Process tuition billing and subsidy payments Maintain staff files, schedules, and HR paperwork Support licensing, safety inspections, and facility needs Organize events, trainings, and family engagement activities Use childcare software systems (e.g., Procare or similar)
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills At least 1 year of administrative experience (childcare preferred) Familiarity with childcare licensing regulations (preferred but not required) High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or higher a plus) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
