SP+ (SP Plus) is hiring: Attendant Overnight in New York

Overview SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company focused on real‑world applications. Responsibilities Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces. Count vehicles on location throughout the shift, as needed. Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies. Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in custom motor carts. Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle. Maintain consistent attendance, arrive on time and wear uniform. Assist customers by answering questions and, if necessary, directing them to the Facility Manager. Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed. Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed. Report accidents, suspected violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager. Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc., to the garage office. Substitute for valets when authorized. Know all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks and surrounding freeways. Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed. Qualifications Education/Experience: Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or equivalent combination. License Requirement: Valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if required to drive a company vehicle. Availability: Ability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and weekends if applicable. Language Skills: Ability to read, write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and employees. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide basic numbers and perform operations using American currency. Appearance: Must maintain a neat and clean appearance in uniform at all times. Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, hand use; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
