Corporate Recruiter Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join our client's team in Anderson, South Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play an essential part in driving the growth of our Engineering and Information Technology teams by managing full-cycle recruiting processes and building strong talent acquisition strategies. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals while fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates in Engineering and IT functions.
  • Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and company leadership to align recruitment plans with organizational objectives.
  • Provide consultative insights and guidance to hiring managers for effective decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and trends to optimize processes and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows and proposing solutions to enhance value for the organization.
  • Promote a data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging insights to refine strategies and achieve results.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted with integrity, responsibility, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Contribute to the development of programs and initiatives that support long-term business needs from a talent perspective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in Engineering and IT sectors.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies and volume hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment metrics and data to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hiring processes and consultative approaches to recruitment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
