Document patient care, responses, and interdisciplinary communications accurately. Engage in continuous learning and support colleagues professionally. Promote and enforce compliance with hand hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards. Provide emotional support to patients adjusting to surgical procedures and health changes. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. At least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred. Telemetry and skilled nursing experience are advantageous. Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia Course within six months if telemetry experience is lacking. Current Registered Nurse license valid in Massachusetts. ACLS certification upon hire, or BLS certification with commitment to obtain ACLS within 60 days. Physical demands involve regular lifting and manual tasks, requiring flexibility and stamina.
