The position utilizes Epic EMR and requires adherence to professional nursing standards in a dynamic hospital environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for stepdown patients using critical thinking and clinical expertise. Collaborate closely with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. Engage in patient and family teaching to support recovery and health management. Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional nursing standards. Utilize Epic electronic medical records for documentation and care coordination. Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse license with a New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (mandatory for application). Proven experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to adhere to block scheduling restrictions and professional dress code requirements.
