Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing care with a strong emphasis on telemetry rhythm interpretation. Conduct thorough patient assessments and respond promptly to condition changes. Perform unit-specific procedures, including PICC line and vascular catheter removals. Utilize electronic documentation systems effectively to ensure accurate patient records. Participate in hourly rounding, bedside shift reports, and maintain My Care Boards to enhance patient experience. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float to other units as needed. Desired Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with Med-Surg experience. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism. Positive attitude, flexibility, accountability, and self-motivation. Experience with telemetry monitoring equipment preferred. Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
