A Lead and Function Space Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing historical and statistical data related to Revenue Management to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing? As a Lead and Function Space Analyst, you will manage and analyze revenue-related historical data and perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Collect, enter, process and maintain historical and statistical data related to management of hotel revenue
Create, prepare, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports using current data management systems
Provide analysis of trends, demand and market conditions
Conduct and enter results from shop calls
Respond to guests and provide administrative support as needed
