Plandome Country Club, a vibrant private club located on the North Shore of Long Island, has engaged Colin Burns Consulting (CBC) to identify its next Assistant General Manager (AGM).
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established family-oriented and active membership known for its welcoming culture, challenging 18‑hole golf course, and robust pool and racquet programs.
The Assistant General Manager will directly oversee the Club’s Food & Beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional member dining experience in all outlets. Working closely with the General Manager and Board of Governors, the AGM will participate in the development and execution of operating plans, service standards, and programs that align with the Club’s traditions and its forward‑looking goals.
The Club seeks an approachable leader who is accessible to both members and staff, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering innovative member experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong background in club dining, staff development, and member engagement. A visible management presence, a passion for hospitality, and a collaborative approach are essential.
